Commercial Nominees PLC reviewed its half-year performance for the 2018 fiscal year during a meeting attended by head office management and staff, as well as branch managers and supervisors from Addis Ababa.
Presenting the key achievements of the first six months, Director of the Strategy and Innovation Directorate, Mr. Yeshitila Tefera, stated that the company achieved 99.2 percent of its half-year revenue target, generating more than 3.2 billion birr in gross revenue. He further noted that Commercial Nominees exceeded its profit plan during the period, earning over 366.8 million birr in gross profit.
Speaking at the review session, Chief Business Officer Mr. Gebrehiwot Getahun emphasized that improving service quality through stronger customer focus, modernizing operational processes using digital technologies, and implementing new businesses that create diversified revenue streams are key priority areas that require continued attention.
Chief Support Officer Ms. Meseret Habtamu, for her part, underscored the importance of strong commitment from all managers and employees to customer service, calling for intensified efforts during the remaining months of the fiscal year to achieve the company’s set targets.
Participants of the performance review forum also reaffirmed their commitment to fully implement the fiscal year’s goals in line with the company’s strategic priority areas and to further enhance the quality of services delivered to customers.
