A dialogue forum was held based on the comments and suggestions raised by customers regarding the services provided by the company, with the aim of ensuring a higher level of customer satisfaction.

During the discussion with CN’ customers from non-governmental institutions, participants noted that the company has wide accessibility through its branches across Ethiopia. They commended CN for its responsiveness to customer feedback, its ability to provide timely responses, and its sense of responsibility in delivering its services, expressing their appreciation accordingly.

In addition, participants of the dialogue raised issues related to service delivery that they believe require improvement and engaged in constructive discussions on these matters.
Leaders of CN who attended the forum, in turn, expressed their gratitude to customers for their valuable feedback, noting that such input is essential for the continuous improvement of the institution’s services.
