Commercial Nominees PLC(CN) has said it will continue to strengthen its focus on customer service and improve service quality by responding effectively to customer needs and feedback. The statement was made during a meeting with senior officials from various departments of Ethio Telecom, where discussions were held on the outsourcing and franchising services the company provides under a contractual agreement between the two institutions.
CN’s Chief Business Officer, Mr. Gebrehiwot Getahun, said ideas raised during the discussions would be used as key inputs to improve the quality of services delivered to customers. CN’s Director of Emerging Business Operations, Mr. Tilahun Gemechu, said the working relationship between the two organizations, particularly in franchising services, would continue to be strengthened so that both sides benefit more effectively from the partnership.
The Director of Employment Business Operations, Mrs. Belaynesh Ayele, on her part said the institution was committed to improving service delivery through continuous customer engagement, adding that regular communication would help resolve challenges and sustain improved service standards.
At a separate customer forum held at the headquarters of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Commercial Nominees’ Director of Marketing and Sales, Mr. Tewodros Desalegn, gave a brief presentation outlining the company’s operational areas, strategic priorities and national contributions.
