Commercial Nominees has successfully conducted a comprehensive on-the-job Professional training for its cleaning personnel assigned to Lafto Specialized Hospital, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services in healthcare facilities.

The training brought together 124 Commercial Nominees cleaning staff currently providing cleaning services at Lafto Specialized Hospital, located in Nifas Silk-Lafto Sub-City, Addis Ababa. The program was jointly facilitated by experts from Commercial Nominees and Lafto Specialized Hospital.

The sessions focused on essential aspects of hospital cleaning, including healthcare cleaning standards, the proper handling and use of cleaning materials and supplies, and the safe and effective operation of cleaning equipment and machinery. Participants also received practical guidance on maintaining hygiene and infection prevention practices that are critical in a hospital environment.
