Leaders and employees of Commercial Nominees (CN) held a discussion on the performance of the Company’s 2018 Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY) plan and the 2019 EFY plan.
Commercial Nominees plans to generate ETB 9.9 billion in revenue and ETB 1.2 billion in profit during the 2019 EFY.
Speaking at the discussion forum held at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Head Office conference hall, CN Chief Executive Officer Commander Tilahun Tsegaye emphasized the importance of commitment and hard work in achieving the Company’s goals.
“Success does not come without effort, and victory does not come without sacrifice. Therefore, we must exert maximum effort to achieve our 2019 EFY plan,” the CEO said.
He further emphasized that the Company must fully achieve its goals for the fiscal year by improving the quality of service delivery, introducing new sources of revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, effectively controlling costs, and increasing the contribution of branches to the Company’s profitability.
CN leaders and employees pledged to implement the 2019 EFY plan with strong focus, commitment, and determination.
CN branch leaders and employees located outside Addis Ababa also followed the discussion virtually.
