The meeting brought together clients drawn from various institutions. During the discussion, Commercial Nominees stated that it is working closely with its clients to improve the quality of its outsourcing services. The company noted that it is addressing identified gaps while strengthening existing capacities in order to sustainably enhance customer satisfaction.
Clients raised issues they believe require improvement. In response, Commercial Nominees’ Chief Business Officer, Mr. Gebrehiwot Getahun, along with other members of the management team, reaffirmed the company’s strong commitment to resolving the identified shortcomings and delivering superior services to further enhance customer satisfaction.
The company also disclosed that, in addition to ensuring the protection and respect of employees’ rights and benefits, it is placing strong emphasis on professional ethics and discipline. To this end, Commercial Nominees is providing continuous training programs at its own training center, delivered in various rounds, aimed at enhancing the professional skills and knowledge of its workforce.
Furthermore, a presentation was made on the company’s strategic directions and service offerings. During the discussion, Mr. Gebrehiwot Getahun and other members of the management team provided explanations and responses to questions and issues raised by clients, helping to strengthen mutual understanding on matters requiring clarification.
It was underscored that client engagement through regular consultations, along with the implementation of corrective measures based on feedback, will continue to be strengthened in a sustained manner.
