Commercial Nominees conducts capacity-building training for 640 security shift leaders in Addis Ababa who are currently working at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and other institutions.
The training focuses on strengthening leadership roles, enhancing teamwork values, and improving overall employee performance.
It is also announced that the capacity-building program continues in subsequent rounds.
