Commercial Nominees (CN) has provided Change Management training for its leadership team as part of its ongoing efforts to successfully implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and strengthen institutional digital transformation.Speaking during the training, Commercial Nominees Chief Executive Officer, Commander Tilahun Tsegaye, emphasized that digital transformation is a key driver of organizational competitiveness. He noted that the initiative will enhance service quality, operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, enabling the company to deliver greater value to its clients and stakeholders.The CEO also stressed that organizational change is both essential and inevitable. He called on all members of the leadership team to give priority to the successful implementation of the strategic focus areas outlined in the company’s Strategic Plan, underscoring that strong leadership commitment is critical to achieving the organization’s long-term goals.Delivering the training, Mr. Mekonnen Tekue, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Exceed ICT Systems, stated that the success of digital transformation depends not only on technology but also on committed leadership capable of managing and driving organizational change. He encouraged every leader to prepare themselves to effectively lead and support the ERP implementation process.Mr. Mekonnen further explained that technology alone cannot bring about meaningful transformation without people.
