Senior management of Commercial Nominees PLC(CN) has held discussions with leaders of the company’s trade union, focusing on service improvement, customer satisfaction, and the resolution of employee-related concerns.
The meeting brought together senior executives of CN and leaders of the basic trade union from various levels. Discussions centered on strengthening service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing issues raised by employees.
Speaking at the meeting, Commercial Nominees Chief Executive Officer, Commander Tilahun Tsegaye, said CN belongs to all its employees and leaders and stressed that close cooperation is essential to maintaining industrial peace, meeting customer expectations, and improving revenue performance.
For his part, the President of the Commercial Nominees Basic Trade Union, Mr. Bahru Melese, reaffirmed the union’s commitment to working diligently to improve the quality-of-service delivery and to ensure the organization becomes a preferred and trusted service provider for customers.
During the discussions, union leaders raised issues related to employee work discipline, overtime payments, staff transfers, medical insurance reimbursements, loans, and other employment-related matters. Senior management of CN and relevant stakeholders provided responses and clarifications on the issues raised.
