The objective of this tender is to procure durable, ergonomic, and modern office furniture suitable for executive offices, workstations, meeting rooms, and reception areas. The selected supplier shall ensure all items meet specified quality benchmarks and are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Workstations and partition panels
Conference and meeting tables
Filing cabinets and storage units
Reception desks and lounge seating
Bookshelves, side tables, and accessories
Requirements:
All furniture must be new, durable, and compliant with safety and ergonomic standards
Bidders must provide catalogs/spec sheets with photos and materials
Delivery, installation, and setup at designated office locations are required
Warranty and maintenance terms must be clearly stated
Suppliers must have relevant experience and provide company registration, tax clearance, and at least two references
